Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be able to be able to trouble shoot Hours-of-Service and Equipment Issues. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, mechanical knowledge of semi-trucks and a working knowledge of technology is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Troubleshooting ELD equipment when drivers call with issues and taking proper steps to correct.
- Completion of equipment install and orientating drivers on using the ELD app.
- Monitoring all trucks and drivers and assisting with Hours-of-service issues.
- Answering phones, emails, and handling driver/truck owner/agent requests and tracking communications.
- Keep track of all driver/owner/agent communications.
Experience:
- Working knowledge of technology
- Mechanical knowledge of Semi Trucks a plus
- FMSCA Rules preferred but not required
- Understanding Hour of Service rules set forth by FMSCA preferred but not required
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
