Licensed Psychologist
Location: California City, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $150,000 – $195,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention
- Perform regular mental health rounds in housing units
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient safety and promote positive mental health outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in a comparable role
- Valid driver's license
- Correctional or detention center experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
