NIGHT SHIFT ONLY | $16/HOUR | 12-HOUR SHIFTS | GUARANTEED OVERTIME

Language Requirement
Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
You must be able to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with team members and supervisors and follow workplace instructions and safety procedures.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will help support daily manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assist with production and manufacturing operations
- Support machine operators with materials and production tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Pack products and prepare boxes for shipment
- Seal boxes and stack pallets
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report quality or production issues to supervisors
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety rules
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts
- Able to work a 4 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
Work Environment
This is an industrial manufacturing environment that may include:
- Noise
- Dust
- Industrial odors
- Varying temperatures
Required PPE must be worn, and all safety procedures must be followed.
