Burg Simpson is a national plaintiff's trial firm, and our Mass Tort Department handles some of the most complex litigation in the country. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will work closely with senior and associate level attorneys and must have experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts in various judicial jurisdictions. Additional required experience includes:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, including personal injury (mass tort or class action experience is a plus)
- Identifying, calculating, calendaring and tracking federal and state statutory deadlines
- Reviewing, managing, organizing, and summarizing large volumes of discovery documents electronically
- Direct client contact and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload
- Excellent writing skills

Work Location is in-person. Hybrid flexibility may be available after an initial in-office period, based on performance.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
