We are seeking two skilled and motivated Skilled Craftsman/Fabricators to join our team as a Master Craftsman Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to hone your skills, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to the production of meaningful, high-quality pieces. Position: Craftsman / Fabrication Specialist (Refinishing & New Production)
We’re looking for skilled, hands-on craftsmen to join our team in key area:
- Tabernacle Area – creating and building new products from the ground up
What You’ll Do:
- Work with precision – Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to craft accurate components
- Operate specialized tools – Use manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders
- Measure and assemble – Utilize calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality
- Refinish or fabricate – Restore existing products or create new ones depending on your assigned area
- Collaborate and grow – Work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship environment
- Maintain quality and safety – Ensure all work meets high standards while following safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or a similar field
- Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jigs, and fixtures
- Experience with soldering and welding is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
