Duties
- Demo tees and other items for pictures on social media
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with product pricing and promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively and provide excellent service.
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and sales calculations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
