We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing quality food and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to recipes and established standards
- Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and other kitchen duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Properly store and handle food and ingredients
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions and recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
