We're looking for an experienced Janitorial Site Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations, manage employees, ensure quality standards are met and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Janitorial Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of multiple facilities. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment. The Janitorial Site Manager is responsible for <20 sites and 75+ employees. Your leadership will ensure that all site activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely both in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
This position requires travel between work sites, our home office and supply warehouse. Our home office and warehouse are located in Rio Rancho.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sites to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and improve performance
- Monitor QC (Quality Control) to assess site productivity and implement necessary improvements
- Collaborate with Facility Managers to coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and facilities
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste
- Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance skills and promote safety awareness
- Step in and provide cleaning coverage when employees call out or when staffing shortage occur to ensure uninterrupted service for our clients
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and operational issues as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience in commercial janitorial or cleaning industry is required
- Must have experience supervising janitorial teams, conducting inspections, managing schedules, training staff, and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends when needed
- Experience in budget management and cost control strategies
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools for performance tracking
