We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing GI/endoscopy team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys patient interaction, procedural care, and working in a collaborative outpatient environment with a consistent weekday schedule.
As an RN on our team, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their procedural experience—from pre-op education through recovery and discharge—while working closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after procedures

Admit and educate patients prior to procedures

Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians during endoscopy procedures

Monitor patients during recovery and provide discharge instructions

Accurately document patient information and clinical updates

Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care

Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations

Support clinic operations, including equipment cleaning and sterilization

Foster a positive and compassionate patient experience for patients and families

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona

Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Previous GI, surgery center, PACU, or procedural experience preferred, but not required

Registered Nurse with current RN license

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GI lab, Surgery Center or Critical Care setting highly preferred

Pre-Op and/or PACU experience is helpful

Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases, such as EPIC, required

Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
