We are looking for a Custodian to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of offices, schools, Airbnb's, restaurants, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining both commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, buffing, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, schools, apartments, houses, and other facilities. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, have reliable transportation, and a mode of communication.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycle bins.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and buff floors.
- Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
