Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures across various surfaces and areas within residential properties.
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results.
- Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques (including carpet cleaning), and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools.
- Experience in handling cleaning detergents safely while understanding their appropriate applications.
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations.
Must have own vehicle and an assistant.
Employment model: Commission-based.
