We are currently seeking a dedicated Electronic Banking Support professional to enhance our electronic banking services and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer support to all electronic banking functions: ACH, debit cards, ATM, telephone banking, online and mobile banking, bill payment, merchant and mobile capture. May assist with operational support such as debit card/ATM card disputes, lost/stolen debit/ATM cards, Debit Card Fraud, Card Security Alerts, maintaining debit card maintenance spreadsheets, balancing functions associated with AT&M and Debit card transactions. Responsible for inputting customer information, reviewing edit reports for accuracy, and backup to safe deposit. Maintains an understanding of state and federal regulations with regards to electronic processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Customer Support for electronic banking function
· Daily input of customer information.
· Daily Edits
· Prepares information request forms.
· Scanning and verifying documents for retention
· Provide back up to other areas of Bookkeeping
· Responsible for some aspects of Internet Banking
· Responsible for some aspects of Mobile Banking
· Project Implementation
Qualifications:
Associate degree required (accounting or business-related field) or equivalent banking experience.
Skills:
Analytical Skills:
The ability to observe, evaluate, summarize and apply meaningful data in the problem-solving process. The level of logical reasoning necessary to connect required actions to desired outcomes. The ability to forecast events based upon current situations. Demonstrated skill in generating alternative solutions to problems.
Computer:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel and Word), and advanced keyboarding and ten-key skills. Spreadsheet software and Database software.
Attention to Detail:
The level at which tasks are performed carefully, accurately, and in accordance with specific instructions. Consistency of work quality and compliance with standards, requirements and expectations. The tracking of numerical data and detailed bank information, and the careful application of grammar, spelling and punctuation rules.
Ethics:
The level of trustworthiness, character, professionalism, confidentiality, and honesty in dealing with internal or external customers.
