Repair Service Supervisor
This position of Service Advisor is responsible for client service and supports the production of repairs for the client base. This individual has the responsibility of directing the Mechanical and Body Shop Divisions of the Company. The primary duties of this position are to be the first Point of Contact between the client and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Write up service orders for vehicle repairs for maintenance and body shop
- Communicate with all staff levels to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Provide estimates and explanations of recommended repairs to customers. Parts Ordering with approved Vendors
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department. Process payments, process with fleet management companies for approvals and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle history and repairs.
- Ability to maintain efficiencies and meet production goals.
Job Requirements:
- Years of Experience: Actual and proven work experience of at least 1-3 years in the field of Diesel Repair Facility or Parts.
- Diesel Repair and/or Collision Repair knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-starter
- Attention to detail to accurately write up service orders and estimates.
- High proficiency with computers.
- QuickBooks Experience a plus
- FullBay operating system a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
