Job Title: Electrical Safety Coordinator
Reports To: Office Manager/ Human Resources
Job Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level
Compensation: Up to $25/hour plus based on relevent experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Electrical Safety Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our team at every worksite. You’ll play a key role in shaping our safety culture by implementing safety protocols, providing training, and minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies in accordance with OSHA and industry standards.
- Lead engaging safety meetings/trainings every Monday to keep the team trained and prepared.
- Ensure safety practices are consistently followed across all job sites by all employees.
- Manage and maintain vital safety documentation, such as PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures and many more, to guarantee OSHA & California compliance.
- Be the primary contact for safety audits and ensure that all certifications and training are up to date.
- Collaborate with theOffice Manager, and the Owner on administrative tasks and possible material pickups as needed.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and make confident decisions to maintain safety culture & standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous electrical knowledge or experience .
- Experience in safety coordination or a similar role.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with travel and using company software on an iPad.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities—able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead safety discussions and train large groups.
- Desired Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR Trainer, or CPR Certification.

Work Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Monday ( 6:45am - 3:15am)
- No weekends!
- Weekly pay
Work Location:
- In-person at the office occasional 20% , with Frequent travel to job sites as needed 80%.
