We're hiring our first dedicated Commercial Account Executive to be the growth engine for our commercial business. This is not a quote-and-hope role. You'll prospect, build real relationships with building owners and facilities managers, and close commercial roofing opportunities the right way — with a proven, disciplined sales process behind you and a team that backs you up.

What you'll do
- Prospect and develop net-new commercial roofing opportunities — building owners, property managers, and facilities managers
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and grow each account over time
- Develop referral partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and complementary trades
- Run a structured, professional sales process — discovery, qualification, and in-person proposal presentations
- Pursue preventative maintenance agreements and recurring service work
- Serve as the trusted point of contact from first conversation through project closeout
- Keep your pipeline and activity organized in our CRM
What we're looking for
- A background in commercial construction, B2B sales, or facility services (familiarity with roofing systems is a plus)
- A proven track record of building relationships — not just closing deals
- Someone genuinely curious who leads with questions
- Coachable, hungry, and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to do
- An abundant mindset — you never need the deal more than the client does
- A confident communicator who handles objections without getting defensive
- Comfortable talking scope, timeline, and ROI with decision-makers
