Responsibilities:
As a STNA, your responsibilities will include:
Taking and recording vital signs
Measuring and recording height and weight, Intake and output
Caring for the resident’s environment
Assisting with Bathing, grooming, toileting
Assisting with eating and hydration
Observing resident’s skin when giving care and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed
Meeting resident’s mental health and social service needs
Qualifications:
Certified nursing assistant (CNA) License or Qualified to sit for CNA Exam
High school graduate/GED
Long-term care experience, good communication skills
