Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician Team Lead to guide and support a dedicated team of mental health professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes patient-centered care. Your expertise will drive the implementation of evidence-based practices, coordinate patient assessments, and lead crisis intervention efforts to support individuals across diverse populations, including children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those requiring specialized behavioral therapies. Responsibilities
- Professionals will provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and on-going evaluations, and provide consultation to in-house and community services.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, psychology or other appropriate fields
- Valid licensure as a Behavioral Health Clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor) with experience in mental health counseling.
- Idaho LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW License (Required)
- Must be able to pass a federal/state background check
- Work with Medicaid, Optum, Magellan Health, YES programs. ICANS certified or willing to expedite completion of training.
Pay: $55.00 - $95.00 per hour
