LVI Logistics is hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers to run local delivery routes out of the Effingham terminal.
This is a fast-paced, physically active role delivering packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route.
Home by Dinner. Local Routes. No CDL Required.
Top performers earn $1,250–$1,500+ per week
Compensation Structure
Base Pay:
- $180/day starting
- Up to $190/day after 90 days (based on performance)
Stop Incentives:
- Additional pay for high-volume routes
- Top drivers can earn $250+ per day
Total compensation varies based on experience, performance, and route volume.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an assigned local route averaging 80–150 stops per day (higher during peak season)
- Safely operate a step van or delivery vehicle
- Load and unload packages (up to 150 lbs, with assistance when needed)
- Use handheld scanners and route technology
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Schedule:
- 5–6 days per week (Rotating/Weekend schedule available)
- 8–10 hour routes
- Home Daily

Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years driving experience (within last 3 years)
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
- Physically capable of handling delivery workload
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Delivery/step van experience is a plus, but not required.
