As a Sales Team Member, you’ll work face-to-face with customers in assigned residential areas, build rapport, and develop strong communication and sales skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Introduce AT&T fiber internet and communication services in assigned areas
- Engage customers, explain features and promotions, and close sales
- Represent AT&T professionally and follow all compliance standards
- Complete enrollments using a mobile device
- Provide daily activity and sales updates to your team
- Attend ongoing training and team meetings
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using a mobile device
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required
