Job Responsibilities: To assume receptionist duties; coordinate communication between team and individuals receiving services.
Job Duties:
- Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the I-CORT Program.

Providing receptionist activities including triage calls.

Assist with preparations of daily staff organization meetings and schedules.

Operating and coordinating management information system.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Maintain timely, accurate, and complete chart records.

Responsible for maintenance of program vehicle.

On call to assist with crisis intervention and after hours emergency services as needed.
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Mental Health experience in working with individuals with severe & persistent mental illness
3. Valid MS Drivers License
