Faze Electric is looking for an experienced residential service electrician who is ready for more than just another technician position.
We are an established Arizona electrical contractor expanding our residential service division throughout the Phoenix East Valley. We need a skilled lead electrician who can deliver excellent work, take care of customers, and help establish the standard for the technicians who join our service team next.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a growing department while having the stability and resources of an established electrical company behind you.
You will receive guaranteed base pay plus performance incentives based on productivity, workmanship, customer service, and overall results.
Your paycheck will not depend entirely on commissions. You will have dependable base compensation, while strong performance and leadership will be recognized and rewarded.

As our residential service division expands, the right person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility, help train and lead new technicians, and advance into positions such as:
- Field Supervisor
- Service Manager
- Operations Manager
- Senior Leadership

What You’ll Do
- Run residential electrical service calls from start to finish
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Complete panel upgrades, service changes, EV charger installations, lighting projects, dedicated circuits, device replacements, troubleshooting, and other residential service work
- Clearly explain electrical findings and available solutions to homeowners
- Present multiple repair and upgrade options without using high-pressure sales tactics
- Provide customers with honest recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer service
- Help establish service procedures, quality expectations, and vehicle stock standards
- Assist with training and mentoring future service electricians
- Review work and help ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time
- Communicate field needs, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to company leadership
- Complete accurate job notes, photos, invoices, estimates, and documentation
- Protect the customer’s home and leave every work area clean
- Take ownership of each job and follow it through to completion
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Previous residential service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to run residential service calls independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently explain repair and upgrade options to homeowners
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to move into leadership
- Ability to train, coach, and support other electricians
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, organized, and accountable
