Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Canvassing assigned territories and initiating conversations with homeowners about their roof's condition
- Scheduling and completing on-site property inspections
- Educating homeowners on damage, repair options, and the value of acting sooner rather than later
- Submitting work authorization agreements and moving prospects through the approval process
- Following up with leads and maintaining communication from first contact through job completion
- Tracking your own pipeline and self-managing daily activity to hit personal income goals
The Money:
- $560/week guaranteed training pay for 8 weeks while you learn the ropes
- 8–10% commission per approved contract — self-generated leads pay at the higher rate
- $500 bonus every time you land a verified self-generated Work Authorization
- Weekly performance incentives — cash, gift cards, and gas cards up for grabs
