HELP WANTED! 30a Vacay is looking for 1 full time or 2 part-time detail oriented and professional people to join our guest relations team in a reservationist position. This is an on-site position.
Job involves excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, natural ability to sell enthusiastically, ability to multi-task, computer skills and the ability to handle happy people and grumpy people.
You will be required to answer the phone when it rings, return a call left from a voicemail, reply to an email, along with a basic knowledge of reservations.
We are looking for people who are extremely detail oriented, polite but firm, must answer a real live telephone call and doesn't mind talking on it.
An optimistic attitude is a must!

You will be required to:
Report directly to Guest Relations Manager
- Welcome and assist guests with a smile and willingness to make happy
- Answer incoming phone calls within a timely manner to ensure the best customer service possible
- Reply to inquiries for a property within an hour via email or return phone call
- Answer and provide a solution for existing guests questions, issues, or concerns
- Have a positive attitude and be able to express that to the guests and vendors
- Support and assist Guest Relations Manager including, but not limited to, guest inquiries, reservation changes and arrival/departure instructions
- Familiarity with all existing and newly acquired properties.
