Shack Shine is looking for an energetic, outgoing person to help grow our presence in the Tampa area through field marketing and in-person sales.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outside, talking to homeowners, and directly seeing the results of their work. You’ll represent the Shack Shine brand in neighborhoods across the city and help homeowners learn about our exterior cleaning services.
The schedule is flexible and typically ranges between 20–40 hours per week, depending on availability and workload.
This position combines hourly pay with a strong commission structure, meaning high performers can significantly increase their income through the sales they generate.
What You'll Do
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods to introduce Shack Shine services
- Leave door hangers and place lawn signs in approved areas
- Generate and schedule estimates for homeowners
- Follow up with interested customers
- Canvass around active job sites where our crews are working
- Track activity and leads through our internal app
- Help identify new neighborhoods with strong potential
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and confident speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Compensation
- $18/hour base pay
- Tiered commission on sales you generate
- Commission ranges roughly 10%–35% depending on weekly performance
- Top performers can earn strong additional income through commissions
