Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments with accuracy and consistency
- Follow detailed patterns, specifications, and work instructions to ensure proper garment construction
- Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and adherence to standards, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality output
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform basic maintenance or report repairs promptly
- Support warehouse operations by preparing finished garments for shipment and inventory management
Experience
- Verifiable experience in garment construction or sewing within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and various sewing techniques
- Strong understanding of sewing patterns, fabric types, and garment assembly processes
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle inventory and shipping tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Compensation is depending on experience.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
