Java Island Arcade is a fast-growing amusement vending company operating 40+ claw machines across Bay Area malls, cafés, and community centers. We place free-to-host machines and share revenue with our partners, a genuine win-win that makes our program an easy sell. We're expanding across San Jose and the East Bay and hiring experienced sales professionals to open new locations.
The Opportunity
Earn $500 per new business placement. No quotas, no gimmicks. If you've worked in outside sales, field sales, merchant services, solar, alarms, or B2B partnerships, this is a smooth transition. You work directly with local business owners who get a free claw machine that drives foot traffic, and you get paid every time one is installed. This is not cold-call pressure sales, owners love the program once they see it's free to them, draws traffic, and earns them monthly revenue share.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and visit 10 to 20 local businesses a week (restaurants, cafés, shops, community centers).
- Present our free claw-machine program using provided flyers and scripts.
- Secure signed agreements or confirmed approvals for placements.
- Coordinate install details with our operations team (no setup work on you).
- Keep light communication with owners after install.

Compensation
- $500 per business that completes installation. Uncapped.
- Typical annual earnings $72K to $100K (3 to 5 placements/week). Top reps exceed $120K+.
- 1099 independent contractor role. Flexible schedule, set your own hours.
Who We're Looking For (professionals only)
- Proven outside/field sales experience, B2B, merchant services, solar, or alarms preferred.
- Must live in or cover San Jose / East Bay.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, professional, results-driven, comfortable in a commission-only structure.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $72,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year
