Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Schedule employees and manage labor costs
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food and supply costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Work with ownership to achieve sales and operational goals
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
