Troup Real Estate is seeking a dependable, professional Weekend Showing Assistant to help serve buyers and sellers throughout Cape Coral and the surrounding areas.
This is a part-time, hourly position ideal for a licensed Realtor looking for flexible weekend work with the potential for additional weekday hours.
Compensation
$30 per hour
Schedule
- Primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Combination of scheduled appointments and on-call availability
- Additional weekday hours may be available
Responsibilities
- Show residential properties to prospective buyers
- Host and manage open houses
- Welcome and assist prospective buyers at listings
- Represent Troup Real Estate with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Secure homes after showings and open houses
- Provide showing and open house feedback to the lead agent
- Coordinate with the team regarding client activity and scheduling
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)
- Must live in Cape Coral
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to respond to on-call showing requests during scheduled availability
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with the Cape Coral real estate market is preferred

This role is perfect for a licensed Realtor seeking dependable hourly income, a newer agent looking to gain experience, or an experienced agent who enjoys working with clients without the pressure of prospecting or generating leads.
This position is paid hourly and does not include commission on company-generated showings or open houses. However, there may be opportunities for commission-based business if you bring your own clients, with details discussed during the interview process.
