The Lead Maintenance position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage repair and maintenance tasks involving electrical systems, including high voltage applications.
- Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Implement project management strategies for maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs and improvements.

- Proficient in managing teams and supervising maintenance personnel.
- Experience with electrical systems, including high voltage operations.
