Maintenance Assistant
Full time, day shift, no weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our assisted living center.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing facilities and equipment
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or maintenance issues
Assist with maintenance projects, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
Maintenance Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
