Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team in delivering exceptional dental services in a supportive environment. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission of serving underserved communities in the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
- Provide a range of dental treatments including oral surgery and pediatric dentistry
- Ensure patient comfort and deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experiences
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Stay updated with advancements in dental practices and techniques
- Uphold infection control protocols and aseptic technique
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
- Valid state dental license
- Strong skills in general dentistry, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry
- Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and patient management abilities
- Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques
- Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage
