Sandbox VR is a brand new futuristic entertainment experience is coming to St. Pete and we're looking for top-of-the-line Guest Experience Guides to help be the first and last impression for guests of all ages. We're looking to create unique memories that last a lifetime. Duties:
- Make guests feel welcome upon arrival
- Assist with check-in/reservation process
- Handle high-end electronic equipment and preparing guests for the HoloDeck
- Address questions from guests who have likely never experience anything like this
- Provide a fun and comfortable post-experience, taking pictures and videos for guests
- Up-sell additional experiences
- Handle cash and card transactions, including alcoholic beverages
- Make sure guests are completely satisfied, encouraging them to leave a review
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, especially in entertainment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong public speaking skills for addressing groups of guests
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating with guests and co-workers alike
- Strong time management skills for clocking in/out and fast-paced work
- Flexible schedule based on increased attendance on weekends and in the evenings
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
