JEM Roofing Co. is growing and looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team.
This role involves door-to-door outreach, connecting with homeowners, and helping guide them through the roofing process.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors in local neighborhoods
- Help homeowners understand their options
- Assist with insurance claims when needed• Manage projects from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
