Duties
- Deliver the provided lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including technology integration, to enhance learning outcomes
- Assess student progress.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications preferred
- Proven classroom experience across early childhood, preschool, or K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design
- Experience working with students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or visual impairments
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and assistive devices for inclusive education
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and behavioral management techniques
- Knowledge of early intervention practices and childhood development principles is highly desirable
