We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team. If you're looking for a nursing role where you can truly get to know your patients while working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Administer methadone and buprenorphine
- Provide direct nursing care
- Perform EKGs and blood draws
- Collect urine drug screens
- Room patients and assist providers
- Complete electronic charting
- Follow up with patients as needed
- Assist with administrative duties
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Every other weekend | 5:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current CPR certification
