Innovate Rehab and Wellness is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Millard!

What does a day in the life look like?
- Complete evaluations using appropriate assessments and establish individualized plans of care
- Deliver therapy treatments that support progress toward functional goals and independence
- Accurately document services and ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment
- Supervise and delegate to assistants, rehab techs, and support staff as appropriate
What should I have to be considered?
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Nebraska license as an OT
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, hospital, or home health preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
