ProFinish Solutions is seeking reliable and experienced Independent Cleaning Subcontractors to service residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning projects in your local area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for established cleaners or cleaning teams looking to add consistent work to their schedule while maintaining flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
- Complete jobs according to client specifications and company standards
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients
- Maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Submit job completion photos when required
- Follow safety and quality procedures on every project
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- General liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
