This position plays a vital role in the success of our practice. While similar roles in other offices may serve as entry-level positions, within our team it is held to a higher standard. Our current Patient Care Coordinator and administrative staff all bring prior experience as office managers, reflecting the professionalism and expertise we value.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating seamless communication between patients, referral partners, and the clinical team. Core responsibilities include coordinating the hygiene schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
Our practice currently operates without a designated practice manager, providing an exceptional opportunity for professional growth. What You’ll do: scheduling, patient & referral communication, clear next‑step instructions, accurate notes, coordination with insurance/A‑R and treatment presenters, hygiene schedule coordination.
