Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Answer phone calls to take guest reservations and answer questions
- Respond to guest needs that arise overnight
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits by reviewing daily transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points
- Update guest records accurately in the property management system while ensuring data confidentiality
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
