This is a part time job with a commitment of 1-5 classes per week during the school year on weekdays (after-school 60 minute classes in elementary schools) that typically occur during 2PM-5PM. The job requires
- Effective management of classroom with up to 24 children age between 6 yrs to 10 yrs old.
- Engage students in fun and relevant lessons based on established curriculum and specific classroom needs
Qualifications
- Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required
- Comfort with computers, computer languages, logical thinking, and problem solving
- Strong character and work ethic
- Can do attitude
- Clear background check is mandatory in Colorado
