A Unique Long-Term Career Opportunity
This is not a typical detailing position.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to become responsible for maintaining and protecting a large collection of vehicles, boats, trailers, recreational equipment, and other valuable assets.
The successful candidate will work directly with ownership and become responsible for helping maintain several million dollars worth of vehicles, marine equipment, trailers, off-road vehicles, recreational assets, and specialty equipment.
We are looking for someone who takes tremendous pride in their work and enjoys bringing equipment, vehicles, and assets to the highest possible standard.
This position offers long-term stability, mentorship, training, quality equipment, and the opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career.
The Most Important Traits#1 Attention to Detail
Nothing is more important than attention to detail.
A vehicle is not clean because the exterior is shiny.
A boat is not clean because the deck was rinsed.
A trailer is not complete because the wheels were washed.
We are looking for someone who naturally notices:
- Water spots
- Corrosion
- Dirt in hidden areas
- Missed compartments
- Dirty hinges
- Dirty livewells
- Salt buildup
- Unfinished work
- Missing equipment
- Small imperfections
The right candidate takes pride in making things perfect.
#2 Work Ethic
The second most important trait is work ethic.
The right candidate understands that vehicles, boats, equipment, and property assets require constant attention.
The same boat that is perfectly detailed today may need attention again after a single fishing trip.
The same truck that is spotless today may need cleaning again next week.
The right candidate takes pride in maintaining a high standard consistently.

Long-Term Opportunity
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not simply hold a job.
We believe in rewarding loyalty, trustworthiness, consistency, and exceptional performance.
We can teach techniques.
We can provide equipment.
We can provide training.
We cannot teach attention to detail, pride in workmanship, ownership mentality, or work ethic.
If you are the type of person who notices what everyone else misses and takes pride in making things perfect, we would like to speak with you.
