The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport has a morning Restaurant Server opportunity from 5:30am through the lunch hours We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Restaurant Servers to join our team. Servers are responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with meals
- Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Reset tables for the next guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- liquor license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work weekends, mornings or evenings if needed
