Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care within our skilled nursing facility. While this position is full-time, we encourage you to inquire if PRN or Part-Time opportunities better fit your schedule. We value work-life balance and are happy to explore options.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
*
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
*
Document all patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
*
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to ensure coordinated care
*
Educate residents and family members on exercise programs, safety, and functional strategies
*
Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing plan-of-care updates
Qualifications:
*
Valid New Mexico state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
*
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
*
No experience with skilled nursing rehabilitation, supportive team to mentor and guide
*
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
