What You’ll Do:
- Valid Class A commercial drivers license (CDL A) with valid Medical Certification is a must
- Flatbed experience required (tarping & strapping)
- Clean safety record
- Previous long haul/OTR driving experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Committed to safe driving practices and teamwork
The Equipment:
- Operate sleeper trucks in a well-maintained, small fleet
- Haul flatbed trailers
- Occasional nationwide routes available
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Class A CDL in good standing
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- 3+ years Flatbed/construction material hauling preferred
- Forklift experience
Compensation:
- From $.55 - $.70 CPM, depending on experience
- Tarp Fee: $125
- Drop Fee: $50
- Mileage Bonus (Monthly):
- 6,000 miles = +$0.01/mi
- 7,000 miles = +$0.02/mi
- 8,000 miles = +$0.03/mi
- Safety Bonus: $2,500 (paid 30 days after 1-year anniversary)
