Job Specifications:
Master Painter ($35-40/hr):
- Ability to lead other painters to completion of most tasks associated with residential painting and refinishing projects.
- Specialized knowledge with multiple types of equipment associated with the industry.
- Master level understanding of prep associated with residential painting and refinishing projects.
- Master level skill and experience in the majority of the following areas:
- Drywall Repair
- Brushing, rolling, and cutting in.
- Painting of trim, cabinets, and doors.
- Exterior painting from start to finish.
- Deck maintenance.
- Application of solvent based products.
- Product selection for task at hand.
- Cleaning and minor repairs of equipment.
