We are a growing, locally owned property management company based in Philadelphia, managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and mixed-use spaces. We pride ourselves on responsive service, strong tenant relationships, and practical, hands-on management.
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both tenant-facing responsibilities and operational details.

Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties

Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections

Oversee vendor contracts and ensure quality and cost control

Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting

Support lease administration, renewals, and tenant onboarding

Ensure properties comply with local codes and regulations

Respond to afterhours issues as needed

2+ years of commercial property management experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously

Experience with budgeting and financial reporting

Familiarity with property management software, Yardi as well as excel and word documents.

Knowledge of Philadelphia commercial real estate market & city ordinances is a plus
