Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Gymnastics Coach to inspire young children through engaging physical activities that promote coordination, strength, and confidence. In this role, you will lead fun, safe, and educational gymnastics classes tailored specifically for preschool-aged children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love for movement while ensuring a positive and supportive environment for every child to thrive.
Duties
- Demonstrate proper techniques for basic gymnastics movements, including climbing, balance exercises, and stretching
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols, inspecting equipment regularly, and supervising children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about class progress, behavior expectations, and safety guidelines
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive conduct and encourage participation among young learners
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a childcare or teaching setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for preschool-aged children
- Certifications in CPR/AED operation are required; lifeguard experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
