## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring excellent quality and presentation.
## Duties
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, dicing, slicing, and following recipes
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping produce
- Help with food storage and stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed
## Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is a plus
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with kitchen tools such as knives
