Regional Sales
Seeking an experienced person in wholesale sale of trees, plants and shrubs; annuals and pereninals direct to landscapers; retail greenhouses, stores and wholesale houses and re-sellers. We are expanding our production and want to grow our market to markets outside our existing operation.
Must have a sales and service-oriented personality and a horticultural background to understand and know what you are selling.
Experience and knowledge of the industry and buyers and landscapers in the greater Delmarva peninsula.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially within the nursery and horticultural environments.
- Strong background in regional sales with a demonstrated ability to lead organize your time effectively.
- Expertise in leveraging technology for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of the wholesale regional market, and direct sales to re-sellers and the processes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Experience in creating and expanding market share across regions.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets for strategic planning. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional team management skills.
This is an onsite and on the road job creating new customers and clientele. Phone and mileage reimbursement.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
