Salazar’s Auto Repair is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our front counter team.
No sales experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is finding someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, answering questions, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, so we are looking for someone who can make people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicating vehicle recommendations to customers
- Following up with customers on estimates and approvals
- Working with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Updating customers throughout the repair process
- Providing excellent customer service from start to finish
What we’re looking for:

- Comfortable using a computer
- Reliable and on time
- Able to stay organized in a busy shop
- Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
